All product information on this site comes from manufacturers brochures or directly from product packaging.

Payment By:

Credit card (Amex,  Mastercard and Visa)

Cheque or Money Order (Funds to be cleared before shipping). See Contact for postal address.

Direct deposit (We will contact you with details).

Delivery Charges:

Will be calculated at checkout.

All orders will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt of order and payment. Subject to stock availability.

Delivery Method:

Is via courier or Australia post.

Frozen goods will only be sent by Express Courier (not available all areas).

Order Cancelation:

Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to processing & packing.

Prices:

All prices include 10% GST.

Prices on this site are for internet orders only.

Over the counter sales will be charged at our normal shop price. This excludes orders placed through our online shop with Pick up and Pay as the payment option.

Claims:

All claims must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns:

No returns will be accepted unless:

  1. Notification of intent to return must be given within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  2. A R.A. number must be obtained before goods are returned.
  3. Goods returned must be unused and in original unmarked packaging.
  4. We will not accept any goods returned by C.O.D. delivery.
  5. Aquatic Life Aquariums will not pay for freight on returned goods.

Goods returned for credit or exchange:

  1. Must be returned with original tax invoice or copy of.
  2. Credit is for goods returned only.
  3. No credit will be given for freight charges.
  4. We reserve the right to charge a AUD$10.00 or 10% restocking fee (whichever is the greater) and replacement cost, or refuse the return if the items are returned incomplete or damaged in any way.
